This piece derives from a person’s picture Marlene Monteiro Freitas drew as a memento of a concert. She called him Guintche and meanwhile he grew, acquired self-life, autonomy, rebelled. Drawings create persona with self-life, beings whose fate is cheating expectations. Guintche is the intense life that formed and departed from the original formless essence. No longer a prosthesis of a thought to become a dance.
