The Economy of Pleasure
“The Economy of Pleasure” is for the ones who usually stand by the bar, even though they long to let loose and dance, the ones who feel ridiculous during collective singing, or the ones who need to go abroad to be able to talk to strangers. This work is for those who have the will and the means to have fun but always settle for ‘a nice time’.
“The Economy of Pleasure” is a training facility where instructors and visitors exercise in simulated festive situations. Together they confront their longing to have fun, and the hard work that it requires. By the end of the night it is put together to a complete choreography of rapture.
Things to think about before your training appointment in Studio 1+2 at MDT:
– “The Economy of Pleaure” is for adults only, age 18 and above. Please leave babies and kids at home
– Choose clothes in which you can move
– Be sober
