In an undefined existence, three individuals come together in an attempt to talk and share a listing co-existence. Together they process a multitude of emotions related to loss and sorrow and try in different ways to categorise their impressions, action and thoughts. The language is deficient and fragmented. This makes it difficult to listen in the right way, to know how to affirm the other person – but there is a great, and tenderly urgent, shared desire to do so. Out of this, situations arise like dreams in which the night is constantly present.

In "Lost Night" choreographer Björn Säfsten and the dancers Sophie Augot, Alexander Gottfarb and Marianne Kjærsund attempts to approach the feeling of loss. Words, sound, song and movement are used to take in and sing out the choreography – both with sharp severity and light humour.
