Gisèle Vienne & Anja Röttgerkamp Dansalliansen masterclass

Masterclass with Gisèle Vienne and Anja Röttgerkamp, organised by Dansalliansen.

This masterclass will provide an opportunity to approach the repertoire of the choreographer and director, and discover her work from the materials that will be the basis of her new creation for ten dancers. Developed from the reflections of Henri Hubert and Marcel Mauss on the sacrifice, and Georges Bataille on ritual and art, this project will question the need for violence in our civilized society, and the possible locations of its expression. The play revolve very dynamic stillness, the living picture, the stopped movement, the split movement and its fluid development and even precipitate.
