STHLM DANS: Beatbox & Dance Workshop

Workshop organised and presented by STHLM DANS festival.

Join an energetic deep-dive into rhythm, voice & movement! Led by iconic performer François Chaignaud and master beatboxer Aymeric Hainaux, this workshop invites you to explore their unique performative language — a playful mix of sound, body and expression. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look into the creative process behind Mirlitons which they will present at STHLM DANS.

Each part is 1, 5 hour long and the whole workshop will be 3 hours. This workshop will give you insight into the making of Mirlitons which they will present at STHLM DANS. It will be held in English, and all levels and backgrounds are welcome!

STHLM DANS is an international contemporary dance festival whose first edition took place in Stockholm 2022 and now takes place early May on annual basis in Stockholm and the region. STHLM DANS places dance in new contexts, creating opportunities for diverse dance artists to present creative formats and bold ideas.
