Juli Reinartz studied in the Master for Choreography at the University for Dance and Circus (DOCH). She was involved in projects with Alice Chauchat, Jan Ritsema, Verena Billinger / Sebastian Schulz, Ingri Fiksdal, Angela Schubot, Trajall Harrel, Jared Gradinger and the artist collective kom.post. Her works have been shown in Sophiensäle Berlin, 104 Paris, Tanzhaus NRW, Kiasma Helsinki, Way Out West, MDT Stockholm and Uferstudios Berlin. She has been granted scholarships and prices by danceWEB, Senat Berlin and DAAD. In the term 2012/13, she has been researching on the social potential of music in a one year residency at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. She is interested in using the format of music for experimenting on relations in the theater space. Key ideas to that have been formulated an published in the Mejan resident’s research magazine by KKH in May 2012. Her latest article “Catch A Sleepless Fish” is published in the recent edition of the Croatioan performing arts magazine “Frakcija”. Her works are available here
