Katie Vickers (dancer / choreographer) is an American artist who lives in Brussels, Belgium. After she received her BFA in performing arts at The Ohio State University (2010), she moved to Europe to further study dance and graduated from P.A.R.T.S (2010-2014). Katie co-directs the Mercersburg Academy Summer Program for Dance and Theatre in the U.S and in summer 2017, she will launch a new program, Practicing Performance: International Dance Festival at The Ohio State University. These programs are designed to educate and inspire dancers of all ages and help bridge the gap between the U.S. and Europe. She has worked with and for Benjamin Vandewalle (BE), Vera Tussing (GE), Martin Nachbar (GE), Daniel Linehan (USA), Kendell Geers (RSA) and Janine Harrington (UK). Currently, she is on tour with her own work, 5 Seasons and Slogan for Modern Times as well as a guest artist with the Cullberg Ballet in Figure a Sea, choreographed by Deborah Hay.
Rebecka Stillman is a Swedish dancer / choreographer based in Stockholm. After graduating from the Royal Swedish Ballet School’s contemporary program she continued with dance education at SEAD (Salzburg) as well as with the Master Program in choreography at the University of Dance and Circus (DOCH) in Stockholm. As a dancer she has worked with among others Eleanor Bauer, Mårten Spångberg, Sara Gebran, Stina Nyberg and Ludvig Daae. She has also collaborated with and developed several pieces for and with the Weld Company in Sweden.
Inga Huld Hákonardóttir is an Icelandic dancer/choreographer living in Brussels. After graduating from P.A.R.T.S summer 2014, she has made the award winning duet The Valley and DADADans, a commission for the Icelandic Dance company with Rósa Ómarsdóttirl. She also created Slogan For Modern TImes with Katie Vickers, with whom she is currently working on a new piece, We Will Have Had Darker Futures. As a performer/dancer inga has worked with choreographers Salva Sanchis and Eleanor Bauer and performed in Ballet Mechanique with contemporary music ensemble ICTUS. Inga received the DancWeb scholarship 2013 for the enhanced education program at Impulz Tanz Vienna.
